Can better retrospectives drive agile adoption?

Adopting agile often doesn’t go as smoothly as expected in an organization. Becoming agile is a learning process which requires that you reflect regularly and adopt your way of working. Retrospective facilitators need to have a toolbox of retrospective exercises and the skills to design and lead valuable agile retrospectives. The workshop Increasing Agility with Retrospectives provides solutions for reflection and improvement across projects and organizations, and explores how retrospectives can be used for successful agile adoption at all levels in the organization to increase agility.

Scaling Agile Retrospectives

Agile retrospectives are mostly known as a technique for a team to reflect and learn at the end of each iteration. This workshop build on this and takes retrospectives to the organizational level.
